Refreshingly straightforward healthcare

Rovex
Patient transport has always been a people job. Rovex built the first robot to take it on. Rovi attaches to any hospital stretcher and moves stable patients independently, without infrastructure changes. Rovex came to us needing a brand that could introduce all of that to a risk-averse hospital audience without triggering skepticism.
Transport isn't just a logistics problem. When transport stalls, the effects ripple through care outcomes, staff bandwidth, and patient experience. That insight shaped the brand idea: "Keep care flowing." When transport works, everything works better. The creative challenge was making Rovi feel like a known quantity in an environment that had never seen anything like it. So we leaned into its preparation: before its first real transport, Rovi has already completed millions of virtual ones through a simulated replica of the hospital, arriving trained and ready. The visual system carried that reassurance into every touchpoint — path-based design, geometric precision, a bright yellow that signals presence without alarm. A robot that moves patients through hospitals is unprecedented. We built a brand that made it feel inevitable.

The Impact
The redesigned site is delivering measurable results across traffic, conversion, and engagement. Monthly unique visitors have grown by 623, a 130% increase, while the streamlined user experience is driving 7.3 additional form submissions per month, tripling its lead capture. Visitors are also staying longer, averaging 2:55 per session compared to 1:46 on the old site, a sign the
new design holds attention and delivers information more clearly.
